LOCATION RULES

PRICES IN EURO: by week and by apartment, travel not included.

VISITOR’S TAX: ... € by day and by person, payment on arrival

FINAL CLEANING OBLIGATORY: to be added to the renting price, payment on arrival
Apartment for 2 people: 30 €                         Apartment for 4 or 5 people: 40 €

DEPOSIT : 300, 00 €, payment on arrival. Return on the morning of departure.
If you leave before 07:00 AM, the deposit will be return by post within a week.

YOUR STAY : From Saturday evening to following Saturday in the morning (7 nights)
Arrival: From 05:00 PM to 10:00 PM limit
Departure:    09:00 AM

PAYMENT:

Reservation: 30 % when you book

On arrival:     Balance
                    + Visitor’s tax
                    + Final cleaning obligatory
                    + Deposit

POSSIBILITY: Baby bed (- 3 years old) 20 € per week, to specify when you book.
NON INCLUDED: Bed linen and towels

Sorry, we can’t accept animals.

The apartment, the use of the swimming pool and the services of the Residence
 will be only reserve to people registered on the reservation form.
